To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I have an insane sweet tooth.

In addition, I love having baked goods in my place at any given time of the day…or night. Cookies, cupcakes, muffins…you name it, it’s probably here.

Don’t judge.

That said, I’m also a baked goods addict. I find myself scrolling through dozens of recipes and interior design pics on Pinterest and recipe websites/blogs, sometimes ’til the wee hours.



And I wonder why I can’t sleep.

Anyway, sometimes I get adventurous, and try my hand at making some of the things that I find on Pinterest. After making what I think are the best blueberry muffins I’ve ever tasted, I decided to feature some of my best Pinterest finds here.

This recipe required ingredients that I already had on hand, and it was SUPER easy!

This recipe makes 12 regular sized muffins. But I wanted those giant muffins that you find at your local coffee shop (ahem…Starbucks in my ‘hood), and in that case, it made 6 giant muffins.

I followed the recipe to a tee, with the exception of the fact that I extended the baking time by 10 minutes to account for my larger muffin size. I wanted to make sure that they were baked completely, and they turned out really well!

I used frozen blueberries, and frankly, I like them better than fresh ones when I’m baking. Everything else was fairly standard. No surprises ๐Ÿ™‚
