Hydrogen Peroxide

One of the most effective things I did use to get rid of acne was hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide has a drying effect on the skin, so always make sure that you use a moisturizer as well, to prevent your skin from drying out. Apply hydrogen peroxide to blemishes at night, and in apply a good moisturizer in the am, to counteract the dryness caused by the hydrogen peroxide. By using hydrogen peroxide every night, you can effectively treat acne and clear scars and other blemishes on your skin.

Garlic is great for fighting acne because of its high levels of antioxidants, as well as its’ anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties.

There are two ways you can use garlic to clear up acne; the first is a preventative measure, which is just by adding more garlic to your diet. This helps improve your general health as well as purify your blood, which can help to stop future break outs. For more immediate results, take a peeled clove of garlic and rub it on the affected area several times a day. If your skin is sensitive, try crushing the garlic and mixing it with water.
